Step 1.  You can contact us directly at editor@biomedicalcorrection.com to obtain a no-obligation quotation for the cost of the editing service. We request that authors include their names, institution, and the document to be edited, so that the appointed editor can assess the word count and content complexity. You may additionally wish to specify your target journal, so that the editor can conform to the stipulated guidelines. Manuscripts are accepted as email attachments of Word (.doc or .rtf format) and figures as Powerpoint or .PDF files.

Step 2.  Within one day of receiving your email, we will provide an estimate based on the turnaround time you require, i.e., 48 hours or 7 days.

Step 3.  Once a quotation has been accepted, we will proceed work on your paper. We strictly adhere to the time-frames requested by authors, and never miss deadlines. Your corrected document will be returned by email, along with our standard cover letter.

Step 4.  We will allow up to a week for you to address any extra queries or concerns.

Step 5.  Once you are completely satisfied with the final version of your text, an invoice will be sent, which must be paid within 10 days of receipt. Payment is easy and secure, either via Bank Transfer (bank details are provided on request) or online using PayPal.
