We offer two main services:

Regular Service: Guaranteed comprehensive manuscript revision and return to the author within 7 working days.

Premium Service: Guaranteed comprehensive manuscript revision and return within 2 working days.

Our simple pricing policy is based solely on whether you would prefer the 7-day service (£8.50 per 250 words of text) or the 2-day service (£17 per 250 words of text). In cases where authors are confident that their paper is already well-written, a ‘basic edit’ may be requested, whereby we check over grammar and spellings. The charge for the basic service, which is only associated with a 7-day turnover, the cost will be £5.80 per 250 words of text.

A standard charge of £10 is levied to cover technical costs of handling each document (including all associated files, such as Figures/Figure Legends, cover letter to the editor, Responses to Reviewers etc). An additional £2 is charged in case more than one paper is submitted at the same time.

All new clients are offered a 10% discount on the first manuscript sent for editing. Once you are satisfied with the final version of the manuscript, please ensure that payment is sent within 7 days of receiving an invoice. Payment is accepted via PayPal (a fast and secure online system that accepts major credit and debit cards) or direct Electronic Bank Transfer. Clients do not need a PayPal account to pay, and the process takes only a few minutes. The invoice will contain all the necessary bank transfer information and the PayPal link for those wishing to use the system. Please note that clients are responsible for any extra charges incurred during direct bank-to-bank transfers.
